Midweek summer staples are always made better by a glass of Fruity White. Try pairing it with one of our favourite pasta recipes, homemade kale pesto ๐๐
You’ll need:
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 cup olive oil
Pinch of salt
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Handful of raw walnuts (can substitute for almonds)
You’ll need:

Method:
Add it all to a food processor until smooth
Stir in with your pasta
Top with as much parmesan as is socially acceptable
